Le site est pratique pour réserver mais l'accueil du magasin fut pour le moins discourtois. Les horaires d'ouverture sont plus restreints que ceux annoncés. Coincés dans les embouteillages, nous avons appelés pour demander si nous pouvions venir plus tard : en fait un samedi soir de vacances, il fermait non à 18 heures mais à 17h30 !!! Même chose au moment de rendre les skis.
Par ailleurs, le magasin ne disposait pas des pointures et tailles que nous avions pourtant renseignés sur le site.
Enfin une paire de skis ne glissait carrément pas (apparemment ils avaient été bien fartés mais non lustrés). Un autre magasin m'a fait le lustrage gratuitement, je n'osai même pas retourner dans le magasin dans lequel nous avions loué et qui nous avais reçu si mal alors que nous lui laissions quand même une somme de 600 Euros...
Bref je suggère à Loca Ski Moins Cher de ne plus travailler avec Sport 2000 du Bettex.

ski boots were very poor on 3 star. i wanted to upgrade 1 set to better or best available and said i would pay more and even pay seperately.shop assistant very difficult and swapped boots only for similar standard and said we needed to rebook on internet. i went elsewhere and rented boots seperatelyand paid 30e.told shop i was not impressed but they wre not concerned. rubbish service and not impressed with equipment overall,would not return.please dump this shop.

It was the most unfriendly ski shop I've ever been to. They have treated us as inferior customers since we had a booking from the Internet. The diamond skis that I have booked were nowhere near the quality skis I was getting in other shops. The skis were previous season models and skicross were the only top skis available. There was no world cup models available at all. The owner was very fussy when I wanted to change skis which I didn't like and pretended he didn't know English (even though he did speak English later on). Overall do not recommend. The experience would've been better if the owner was not in the shop since stuff was more friendly than him.

Overall a very good service and just about the best priced. However I was disappointed that I had to pay an extra 36 Euros for a box at the shop to leave my skis in, all rental shops I have used in the past have included this service in their rental price.
